This is what I call it, its one of my favorite recipes, its easy and cheap.
Tandoori NAAN (1)
Chicken Breast (1 1/2 pieces)
Red Pepper (1)
(You can use any vegetables you want)
Boil or grill the the chicken, once the chicken is cooked cut into small pieces
cut all the vegetables.
Arrange all the ingredients(see picture above) I have picky eaters my son only likes chicken and cheese on his piece. Bake for 15 minutes or so at 375 degrees.
This is what it looks like when its finished, it is really good.
Chicken $2.75 ( 1 1/2 pieces)
Vegetables about 3.00 total
Cheese(I had to use a couple of slices ran out of shredded) $.25
TOTAL: $8.50+ Frozen vegetables .75 cents=$9.25 for meal
